Got some Karaage Chicken and a Volcanic Cheesy Chicken breast. Cooked fresh in front of you, with a range of seasonings to choose from. Very tasty, the garage chicken was tender with a beautiful crispy coating, and the cheesy chicken was incredible too. Waited about 10 minutes to get my order, looking at the very nice fish tank. Great place to get some decent fried chicken.

Could never complain about this place. Visited here over 4 times and never disappointed. Garlic crispy chicken thighs, chilli lotus root chips and lemon crispy baby octopus. I love it all. Connected to happy lemon bubble tea. Amazing food, audibly crispy and kind welcoming staff :)

I liked how hot and fresh my order was, the octopus was tender and juicy, the popcorn chicken was crunchy and satisfying, and I loved my lotus root chips. There's a massive selection of bubble tea and I was happy with my selection. My one quibble is that they could go heavier on the seasoning. There is a bit of a wait for food but things seemed to be cooked to order so that's fine with me. Ji is no Hot Star (nothing can beat Hot Star IMHO) but it's still great IYKYK- Service

We booked on the basis of reviews and were not disappointed. The food was delicious and so reasonably priced. I ate far too much but we couldn’t leave anything- it was amazing. Quick, efficient service and the place was packed (a good sign of its popularity)

Our favourite halal place to eat in Southampton. The food is always 10/10 and never lets us down. Great portions and taste plus a great selection of seasonings. We have never had a bad experience and although It’s expensive considering it’s simplicity (chicken and chips) it is so worth considering there aren’t many options in Southampton for Muslims.

Hands down one of the best fried chicken I've ever tried, crispy but juicy and soft at the same time. Good variety and the portion sizes are more than generous. Most importantly it's a very clean and well presented establishment, which seems to be a rarity now with chicken shops. Definitely recommend 👌🏾
The Korean Fried Popcorn chicken is out of this world.

Very tasty and crispy batter on the popcorn chicken, chicken leg, lotus root and chicken skin. Volcanic chicken is a family fave. Will definitely be coming back again but not in the same week next time :’)We stopped here for lunch on the way to Isle of Wight. The food was amazing quality and very delicious. It filled us up so much we did not have to eat any dinner later. That's what I call quality food. Will definitely visit again if we're back in the area. Highly recommended
Highly recommend! The food tastes very good especially the crispy chicken breast. It have cost-effective products and services. I choose the combination of fried chicken and bubble tea. I am willing to buy back indefinitely.
Recently had been to Southampton to pick up my sister and we were a bit hungry so we tried their Taiwanese Style Crispy Chicken and should say it was the best choice. It's crispy and delecious, staff are very helpful in recommending me.
Always been a fan of trying new food, and apon trying the Volcanic chicken, I was a fan. I've always loved hot food and this definitely hit the spot, and it wasn't too badly priced for the quality of it. I will be back to try some more stuff.
Never a disappointment. Have tried a number of menu items and they're consistently great; food cooked to order so it's always super fresh, hot and crispy.
Have always tried to taste different cuisines around the world. This is the place to eat when it comes to Taiwanese food! The chicken is to die for here! Would absolutely recommend anyone to visit!
